FREE IMPROVISATION WITH FLUTES, VOICE AND LIVE ELECTRONICS
Graduated in classical music at the Folkwang University in Essen/Germany and specialised in experimental music and free improvisation.
In 1991 she moved to Berlin and came into contact with the free improvisation scene.
Concerts in various formations or as a soloist, in an improvisation choir, for silent film and dance theatre, with writers, dancers and painters, in an improvisation theatre group.
In 2004 she moves to Madrid and founds together with Gregorio Kazaroff the Company...Más Música - Silent films with live music.
Since 2004 she has been a member of Musicalibre, the Spanish Improvisation Association and the FOCO Improvisation Orchestra, working with directors such as William Parker, Fred Frith, Maggie Nicols, Llorenç Barber, Dave Tucker, Michael Fischer, Walter Thompson, Keith Tippett, Ilian Volkov, Agustí Fernández and Olivier Benoît.
She has organised and programmed editions of the International Improvisation Festival Hurta Cordel, held annually at La Casa Encendida.
She is the editor of the publication Hurta Cordel 96-08 Festival Internacional de Música Improvisada (book/DVD/CD), La Casa Encendida, 2009.
Since then she has performed at Círculo de Bellas Artes, La Casa Encendida, Cruce - arte y pensamiento, Espacio B, Espacio menosuno, La Tabacalera, Teatro Pradillo, Ladinamo, El Juglar, Artépolis among others.
